As the owner of multiple properties himself, Samer knew firsthand how challenging it is to juggle remodels, paperwork, and day-to-day upkeep across a growing portfolio. He built True Property Management to bring it all under one roof — a single, trusted place to handle everything from renovations and document management to daily site oversight. His vision is simple: give property owners the peace of mind that every detail is being looked after with the same care he brings to his own family's properties.

Fares Shahbain serves as Finance Manager at True Property Management, overseeing the financial side of every property and transaction so our clients never have to worry about the details. From budgeting and record-keeping to keeping projects on track, Fares brings precision and transparency to everything he touches. His focus is simple: protect our clients' interests and make the financial side of managing property feel clear, organized, and stress-free.
Vanessa Serrano
Property Manager & Event center Operations Manager
Vanessa Serrano is our dedicated Property Manager and a licensed real estate agent with Real Broker LLC - the bridge between managing properties and helping clients buy and sell them. On the management side, she handles the day-to-day that keeps properties running smoothly, from tenant relations and maintenance coordination to protecting the value of every investment. As an agent, she guides buyers, sellers, and investors through the market with honesty and personal care. Vanessa takes pride in responsive, hands-on service, treating every property and every client as if they were her own.
